Dr. Michael C. Roncone is a dedicated dentist who proudly continues the family tradition at Roncone Family Dentistry as the third generation to serve the community. A graduate of the esteemed Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Dr. Roncone not only completed his dental education but did so alongside his wife. Their shared experience created a unique bond and reinforced their commitment to both their profession and each other.

After earning his dental degree, Dr. Roncone completed a comprehensive residency at ECMC in Buffalo, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a diverse clinical setting.

Now back in his hometown of Rochester, Dr. Roncone follows in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, continuing the family legacy of providing top-quality dental care with a personal touch. Bringing with him years of formal education, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of patient care, he is committed to carrying on the trusted reputation of Roncone Family Dentistry. Originally from Miami, FL, Dr. Melina R. Roncone is a compassionate and skilled dentist with Colombian roots and a strong commitment to patient care. Fluent in Spanish, she brings a warm, multilingual approach to the practice, connecting easily with a diverse patient base. After earning her dental degree from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Dr. Roncone completed a residency at ECMC in Buffalo, where she trained alongside her husband, Dr. Michael C. Roncone. Dr. Roncone prioritizes a patient-centered approach, focusing on each patient's comfort and well-being. Whether performing restorative or cosmetic procedures, she provides personalized care tailored to individual needs. Her empathetic nature and attention to detail help create a trusting environment, ensuring that all patients feel at ease.

Meet Lisa, our dedicated and professional Practice Manager. With a strong background in the dental field since 2017, she brings expertise and organization to ensure the smooth operation of our practice. Lisa's warm and kind nature shines through as she consistently provides excellent service and support to our patients, making them feel comfortable and well cared for.

Throughout her husband's military career, Lisa has lived in diverse locations, including Germany, Las Vegas, and Florida, which has helped her develop a unique perspective and adaptability. She is a proud pet owner, sharing her home with two dogs and two cats. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading and is passionate about board games. She and her husband have been happily married for 14 years, and their adventurous lifestyle continues to inspire her every day.

Patient Care Coordinator 

Yvonne is a dedicated Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator, bringing over 35 years of experience in the dental field. Having worked as both, a dental assistant and in front desk roles, she has a deep understanding of patient care and the ins and outs of practice operations. Yvonne’s expertise ensures that our patients receive exceptional service and a smooth experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, Yvonne is a proud mother of two—her daughter and son—and is absolutely devoted to her grandson, Jack, who has truly changed her world for the better. On Fridays, she has the pleasure of caring for Jack, which brings her immense joy. Yvonne is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan, always cheering on her team with enthusiasm. Her caring nature, along with her extensive experience, makes Yvonne an invaluable member of our team.

Patient Care Coordinator 

Elana is a highly experienced Patient Care Coordinator with 25 years of commitment to providing exceptional service at the front desk. She is known for her warm, bubbly, and professional demeanor, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and supported. Elana has been happily married to her husband for 19 years, and together they have two sons, with whom she enjoys spending quality time. Currently residing in Chili, she balances her busy professional life with a love for travel and adventure. In the summer, Elana can often be found relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the outdoors. She also has a precious dog named Taylor, who is a cherished part of her family. 

Dental Hygienist

Tracy is a dedicated dental hygienist with over two decades of experience in the healthcare field. She graduated from MCC in 2000 with a degree in dental hygiene and began her career even earlier, working as a dental assistant while still in school in 1997. Tracy is passionate about not only providing excellent care but also ensuring her patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy throughout their visit. Her warm, compassionate nature helps ease any dental anxiety, making every appointment a positive experience. Outside of her professional life, Tracy has been married to her loving husband for 22 years, they are weekend warriors who love traveling and exploring new places! She is a proud mother of two grown children and a grandmother of one, with another grandchild on the way. Tracy is also an animal lover, sharing her home with three beloved dogs.

Courtney is known for her hardworking nature, always being well-prepared and attentive to every detail, which helps create a seamless and efficient experience for both patients and colleagues. Her friendly demeanor and calming presence make patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits, ensuring they receive the best care possible. Outside of her professional life, Courtney is a proud dog mom to her beloved fur babies, Deacon and Boozer, and her love for animals mirrors the compassion and kindness she extends to everyone she meets.

Erica is a skilled dental assistant with 4 years of experience in the field, having worked alongside general dentists, orthodontists, and in oral surgery. Her well-rounded background in dentistry has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of various specialties, making her a valuable team member. Outside of work, Erica is passionate about painting, solving puzzles, and enjoying outdoor activities like fishing and bowling. A true foodie, Erica has an exceptional taste for cuisine and is always ready with the best restaurant recommendations.  Ilani is a dedicated and hardworking dental assistant who completed her training in dental assisting from August to November 2022 and has been assisting ever since. With a strong cultural background, she is of Italian and Puerto Rican descent and is fluent in Spanish, which helps her connect with a wide range of patients. Ilani’s determination is evident from her early high school graduation, reflecting her commitment to achieving her goals. Always well-prepared, she ensures that patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their treatment. When she's not working, Ilani enjoys spending time with her sheep and horses in Puerto Rico, visiting them whenever she can.
